Through STF Logistics, EXPOCOMER 2008 exhibitors had the best solution to send their samples. Even those with little experience in foreign trade and participation in exhibitions abroad, did not find difficulties, because each one received customized attention from the STF Logistics staff on preparing the documentation and packing, and on picking up the samples, what made easier the exhibitors’ work. That attention was not only paid here in Brasil before the samples sending , but also in Panama through a STF Logistics’ representative, which were available of the exhibitors at the pavilion, giving all logistic and bureaucratic support regarding the Panamanian regulation. We can state that the exhibitors could have their focus on their customers’ assistance, main objective at the fair, providing an increase of their business. (April 2008)

- Exhibitions and Events Organizers – The excellent standards of service to the exhibitors and cultural and sportive events participants contributed to STF Logistics has been chosen as official freight forwarder of several exhibitions and events. Among them we can cite the exhibitions organized by CIPA in the security segment of the São Paulo city, the FCEM exhibitions in the plastic and textile segment in several states of Brazil, the exhibitions of Forma Editora (Publisher) that is a pioneer in the segment of promotional material industry, the exhibitions of RPM Brazil in the segment of cards and technology and the exhibitions represented by Conceito Brazil and Hannover Fairs do Brasil in various business segments in various countries.
- Exhibitions Agents abroad – A key for the success in logistics is to be in association with Exhibitions Official Agents abroad, because only they can make the main tasks on the material to be displayed, so that it can be taken from the airports and ports to the booths in the exhibitions. STF Logistics, due to the competence shown in several events where it has worked, it has obtained the reliance of the official agents of main pavilions around the world, becoming a business associate of them. We highlight several pavilions in Germany, Argentina, China, Arab Emirates, Spain, and the United States amongst others.
- International Freight Forwarders – Those that provide a multi-modal solution – road, air and sea – for the international transport services, with excellence and competitive costs. Own offices or qualified representatives in main cities of Brazil and around the world are other characteristics that differenciate our associates in this area.
- Customs Brokers – As the customs procedures in Brazil are much strict, complex and subject to habitual changes, demanding many times special attention due to the approval of government departments such as: Ministries of Health, Agriculture and Army, we demand that our in-this-area associates are extremely competent, agile and totally capable to deal with the necessary processes to make feasible the importation and exportation of materials to be displayed or distributed in the exhibitions and events. Our experience of success has shown that our associates have accomplished those exigencies. Despite we are concentrating our efforts in the São Paulo-Rio axle, we have associates customs brokers in capitals and main cities in Brazil.
